USER AGREEMENT
This document "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an offer from LLC "Little Big People" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), posted on the website www.peekabooorganic.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), to use the Website under the terms set out in this Agreement.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in accordance with clause 1.3 of the Agreement.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The User hereby confirms that from the moment of registration on the Website and during the time of using the Website, he/she is considered a User until the moment of personal request to the Seller with a demand to terminate any relationship with the Website, change or delete User data.
1.2. Use of the Website is governed by this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the Offer posted on the Website. The Agreement may be amended by the Seller without any special notice, and the new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment it is published on the Website.
1.3. By starting to use the Website or completing the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the Agreement, the User has no right to use the Website. If the Seller has made any changes to the Agreement in accordance with clause 1.2 of the Agreement, with which the User does not agree, he/she must stop using the Website.
1.4. By starting to use the Website, the User confirms that he/she:
● has read the terms of this Agreement in full before starting to use the Website;
● accepts all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations on his/her part and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Website.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he/she must immediately stop using the Website.
2. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1. Through the Website, the Seller places offers for the remote sale of goods / offers for the provision of works / services.
2.2. To purchase goods or works / services, the User forms an order on the Website. To place an order, the User needs to complete the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account may be created for the User.
2.3. The User's personal information contained in the account is stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Website.
2.4. During registration, the User independently chooses a login (a unique symbolic name of the User's account) and a password to access the account.
2.5. The User is solely responsible for the security (resistance to guessing) of the means chosen to access the account and independently ensures their confidentiality.
2.6. The User is solely responsible for all actions (as well as their consequences) within or using the Website, including cases of voluntary transfer of access data to the account by the User to third parties under any conditions. All actions within or using the Website are considered performed by the User, except when the User notifies the Seller of unauthorized access to the Website.
2.7. The Seller has the right to send informational messages to Users. By using the Website, the User also gives consent to receive advertising messages in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising". The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising messages by sending a written request to the Seller.
2.8. To improve quality, the Seller may collect opinions and feedback from Users by sending informational messages during their visit to the Website. The collected feedback may be used for statistical purposes and may be published by the Seller with or without the User’s name (login).
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The User agrees not to take actions or leave comments and entries that may be regarded as violating Russian law or international law, accepted moral and ethical standards, or actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Website and its services.
4. CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1. By using the Website or completing the registration procedure, the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.
4.2. The Seller processes the Users' personal data for the purposes of:
● 4.2.1. Sale of goods and provision of services: full name, bank details, account number, payment amount and purpose, date and time of transaction, delivery address, order number, contact phone number, email address, information about purchased goods, loyalty program ID (if applicable);
● 4.2.2. Organizing delivery of orders to Buyers: full name, phone number, email, order details, delivery address;
● 4.2.3. Improving the Website performance, refining products and services, identifying User preferences: device IP address, device data (type, model, name, ID), OS data (type, version), browser data (name, version), location, page interaction, referral source, viewed pages, filled form fields (excluding actual input values), banner and video views, audience segment data, session parameters, visit time, user identifiers stored in cookies.
4.3. The Seller performs automated processing of personal data, including the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), transfer (provision, access), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion.
4.4. The Seller may process personal data using third-party SaaS services: CRM systems, marketing automation systems, technical support systems.
4.5. The User agrees that for the above processing purposes, the Seller may provide access to personal data to the following parties while ensuring data confidentiality and security:
● LLC "InSales Rus" (TIN 7714843760), owner of the inSales platform where the Website is hosted;
● Transport companies, agents, assembly and courier delivery companies, etc.
The User agrees that these parties may process personal data in accordance with their own data processing policies.
4.6. The consent is valid until revoked. It may be revoked at any time via email: yo@peekabooorganic.com

5. USE OF COOKIES
5.1. By continuing to use the Website, the User agrees to the use of cookies. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings.
5.2. The User is informed that cookies are small pieces of data requested by the Website from the browser used on the User’s computer or mobile device. Cookies reflect preferences or actions on the Website, device information, session date and time. Cookies help improve the Website's functionality. User activity data is processed to refine products, determine preferences, and provide targeted information. Data may be processed using analytics tools.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. The User is solely responsible to third parties for actions taken using the Website.
6.2. The Website may contain links to other resources. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Seller is not responsible for the availability or content of such resources, nor for any consequences of their use.
6.3. The Seller does not guarantee that the Website’s software is error-free or will function without interruption.
6.4. The User also agrees that the Seller is not responsible for personal data provided by the User to third-party sites accessed via links from the Website.
6.5. Responsibility for actions of minors on the Website lies with their legal representatives.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Agreement, its appendices, and any changes enter into force from the moment of publication at www.peekabooorganic.com
7.2. The applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
